How to Apply for EEC-12

1.  Create an Account OR Log in to your existing account.
2.  Create A New Student Application for your child. Submit the application with the application fee.
   • EEC Application Fee $25
   • K-12 Application Fee $60
3. Track your admissions status or upload required documents(see below) by logging in to your account.
   • Copy of immunization records (All Students)
   • Copy of birth certificate (Incoming Grades K-12)
   • PDF of transcripts (Incoming Grades 8-12)
   • Most recent report card (Incoming Grades K-12)
   • PDF of school behavior report requested from current school office (Incoming Grades 5-12) 
   • PDF of IEP/504 and psych-ed testing, if applicable
   • Medical documentation of diagnosed anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc., if applicable
